I just changed a standard room to a DTD view room, do you think it is worth the $72.00 for 2 nights? :)

I assume this is the Grand Californian? If you are planning on spending a lot of relaxing time in your room and you would want sit on your balcony and people watch, this is probably worth it. If you will be in the parks most of the time and then sleeping or showering, I would say its a waste of money.

We just arrived back from our honeymoon and had a DTD view and the GC and LOVED IT!!!!! Every evening a violinist was outside playing and it was very romantic sitting on the balcony listening to it. Go for it!!

I know the parks close early the days in September I am going to be there so I will take the time to relax and sit on the balcony and people watch for a while. :)
