Was there a special dinner at the castle Feb 2004?

I thought I remember seeing something about a special event at Cinderella's Castle. I thought it was around Valentine's Day.

Yes there was it was a pin event and had a royal ball theme to it.

Do you remember the actual dates. Is it an annual event like the pin event at the Haunted Mansion?
