Was testing for magicbands done for CSR in June?

Just wondering if magic bands were tested at CSR? I haven't been able to find information on test results, just read in a forum that there was supposedly testing done in June. I really didn't care all that much about my magic+ until recently, but I have to admit that I've officially switched sides (lol). Now my fingers are crossed that we will be able to try them out in a couple of months...Thanks to all.
