Was just at BLT

And before I left they didn't give me a print out of my room charges. How do I get one now? Do I contact member services or BLT directly?

Did you give them your email? That would have been automatic if you reserved or checked in on line. They now send it there rather than give you hard copy under door. If not in email, you need to call the resort and have them email it.
 
Like the PP said, they email them now. I want to say though that it took maybe 4-5 days before I got mine after our October trip.
 
. Sorry my solution was not good... I just realised you were not at the resort anymore...
 

Thanks! I haven't received an email yet and it's been since Friday I checked out. If I don't get one, who do I ask?
 
We now stop at the front desk the night before check out to get a print out. Much easier to correct any errors while still on site. I think checking will be more important once the RFI bands/cards are used.

I had the same thing happen on our last stay at BLT in Dec. No receipt at the door, and no email receipt following.
That was the first time that ever happened out of all my stays at WDW. I didn't pursue it because my receipts and credit card charges matched , but I do like seeing the folio to go over things.
 
That's interesting. We also checked out of BLT on Friday and didn't receive a print out either. However, they have already sent a survey about the stay.
