Was in the middle of booking ADR when....

Right after I put in my credit card info and clicked next the screen went blank. I then was back on the home page. I can't tell if that ADR got booked or not. I've received no email confirmation and it's not on my list of ressies in my account. Am I safe to think that it didn't get booked and I don't need to worry about a no show fee since I will now have to book it again?

Never had anything like this happen before.

If it's not on your list of ADRs, then I'd say it's safe to assume it didn't get booked. If you want to make double-sure, call the dining line and ask them to check.
