I bought something at Epcot and had it sent to the gate to pick up on our way out. The next morning I checked it (I know - should have checked it right then!) and found that it wasn't the one I bought (mine was autographed, the one I got wasn't) plus I got something I didn't even buy. So there are possibly 2 other people who also didn't get the right thing.

I've tried calling a couple of numbers, but they're always busy.

Any suggestions?

Not sure what number you've tried calling -but Disney merchandising at 407-363-6200 can be helpful in solving problems. Good luck!
 
That's one of the numbers I'm calling. Do you know what their hours are? And, do you have any idea how they may handle it?

One of the things I got (that I did not buy) is a bottle of men's fragrance that is 3.4 oz. I probably won't be allowed to carry it on board the plane with me, so I can't return it to Disney when I get home.

If I can't get a hold of someone before we leave in the morning, I'll have to email them. Which address is the best one to use?
 
hmm if you're still AT Disney, I'm almost sure that if you talk to any CM they will be able to get in contact with someone who can fix this.....

Assuming that you don't resolve this issue while you are still at WDW.

You can PACK that fragrance bottle in your checked bag
(i'm guessing that you will have checked luggage.)
 
Actually, at 3.4 ounces, you could pack it in your 3-1-1 bag if there's room.

3.4 ounces = 100 milliliters = the actual size limit for each container of liquid.

But of course, it won't be an issue because you're trying to get it back to its correct owner, right? :)
 
We're leaving this morning for the cruise. We won't be checking any luggage when we fly home, but if 3.4 oz is okay, then I can try to get it fixed when we get home if it's not fixed by the time we leave. We're not on Disney property. This would be much easier to fix if we were.

Does that number have specific hours? I can only get a busy signal, but I don't knowif it's because they're on the phone or if they're closed.
 
Take the bag to the front desk of your resort with your receipt of what you bought. Hand everything over to them and let them sort it out. No reason you should be calling over and over again to solve the problem. The front desk can handle it for you.
 
If I was staying at a Disney resort, that might have been a good option. But I wasn't.

I got everything home successfully and have emailed Disney. Hopefully things will get sorted out quickly.
 
we got the wrong pictures sent to us one time, and by the time we got them, and found out that they were wrong, the pictures had already been erased from the ride system - they had to refund our money. We would have rather had the pictures.

The impression I got, is that they whole transportation of packages is a mess, and use it at your own risk. Of course, if it's normal merchandise, they can always either find another version of it, or refund your money. Pictures are another thing.

Didn't know that! Thanks for the info; I have had some toiletries that were just a hair over 3 oz that I left behind due to the 3 ounce rule!
