Is it just me or was CSI really graphic tonight? I found myself turning away from the TV more then usual.

I don't watch it, but I did see the arm on the car bit. EEWWWW!!! That was nasty. I don't think I'll ever watch that show if it shows stuff like that.

I was thinking the same thing when they were looking under the bus. I like this show but it seems like they try to push the envelope a little more every week.

I left the room after they looked under the bus.

DH watches this show. I've sat thru a few...but not tonights.

Yep. Gross. But I admit, I love it anyway. ::yes::

It was gross. I love the scientific stuff, but ugh, the stuff they sometimes show is too graphic for me. Some of the shows are very hard to watch, depending on the subject. I do like the show, but I agree with Grog, they are trying to push the envelope more and more lately.

Just finished watching on TIVO...it was great and gross...

It didn't bother me but it was graphic. I wasn't paying really close attention though, DH LOVES CSI and always watches it.

ditto!

This was a little more graphic than usual, but still really well done. They've had enough really nasty gross episodes since the beginning of the show that I don't necessarily think they are getting more gross, but they do like to shock you sometimes.

Tonight.

It was a bit too realistic looking. It kind of reminded me of that HBO show "Autopsy" which I have problems watching when they use the sound effects. It could be they're trying to compete with CSI: Miami.

It wasn't the "gross" factor that got to me. It was the scene of the guy throwing himself on the knife. It hurts my stomach to see somone in pain (even if its acting) I just can't handle other people being in pain.

I've been watching the apprentice lately so I have missed it.

But I do have to say.. I can not have a snack during CSI. I can't tell you how many times I have lost my appetite

I love it. The graphic bits are mostly saved for the autopsy but you did get the occasional body part thrown around.

But that is the way real life goes, murders, suicides and accidents don't tend to be neat and bloodless. That is why alot of police photographers film in black and white for evidentiary pictures, don't want to inflame a jury.

I can't believe I fell asleep and missed it. Oh well, they rerun them so many times, I will just have to catch it then.

I also thought that was the hardest part to watch. It gave me chills.

We made the horrible mistake of eating supper about the time they showed the opening scenes! Talk about gross!!

But we'll watch it religously anyways!

Seems like every season they do a couple of especially gross-out episodes. As hard as they can be to watch, they are always fascinating.

Looks like next CSI will be "CSI: New York City" and they are talking to Gary Sinise about the lead (yay!!!).

I learned a new lesson last night, never watch CSI while eating Taco Bell.

Yes, we thought so too. Still love the show but don't think we need another CSI show from NY
