Was bounce back offered in November 2006?

going in a few weeks, does anyone know if Disney was offering any kind of bounce back deals or special offers to guests in November last year?

Yep, last year there was a Bounceback offer for guests staying at a WDW resort between 11/8/06 and 12/31/06. You could book the free dining offer ahead then for 8/5 - 9/29/07. Here's the info from last year:

Package discounts ("free dining") only for guests staying at WDW Resorts in Nov-Dec 2006 and willing to prebook their next vacation for 8/5/07-9/29/07 began on 11/8/06, exp 12/31/06

Who knows if they will offer it again that time this year, but I have read that they had great results, so my guesstimate is that they will

Yes, the bounceback was offered in 2006 in Nov & Dec for bouncing back in Sept of 2007. However, it was NOT offered in Sept of 2006, and it WAS in Sept 2007, so they may or may not offer again in Nov/Dec 2007 (Does this make sense?)

Yes Bounce Back was offered in Nov 2006 but only at selected Resorts. We stayed in ASSPORTS and were not offered this, we overheard that it was offered at the moderate resorts. We did not question this because we weren't planning on going back until 2008.

Really, it did not matter which resort you were staying in, or even if you were "offered" the bounceback. You just had to know about it. We stayed at POP in 2006 & had no info in the room or resort, but I had heard about it here before we left & just pestered the fromt desk until they found someone who knew the correct phone # to call from the room. In 2007 (again at POP with no info), I came armed (thank you, DIS) with the correct phone # as well as all the bounceback info & just made the call from my room.

When I stayed this January at All Star Sports, they still had the card in the room for this past September, but the offer had already expired, so I guess Mousekeeping had missed picking it up. I know for sure we will be going back next September, so I want to check out all my options- and hopefully will be able to book the offer if they have it available.
