I also don't get the "have to explain" - there are a few phrases we find useful as parents "because I said so" and "that isn't appropriate for kids" - a t-shirt that is inappropriate in public gets "that t-shirt is naughty and inappropriate for kids - ask me again what in means in five years."
We are a pretty open household and my kids went to daycare with a girl that had two moms - so the topic of sometimes women and women or men and men fall in love (or just plain old lust) is something we never needed to explain, it just was (which, frankly, made the whole thing so much easier). But there are lots of things in the world they get exposed to before I'm ready for the grownup explainations. (Mom, what are Nazis?, Mom, why don't you let me have Bratz?)

We did EVERY ride at MK in one day! Also did some twice!
A little tropical storm didn't stop us! Otherwise the lines were okay.. if one ride was way too long 90min waits
we came back later that night and did it before fireworks started... that seemed to be the best time to get on test track we did that 3 times with in 10 min... I'd go back that week in a second.. I was only at one of the parks where the "offical gays day" were... That day was the busiest of them all at MK...
In fact, the nicest folks we met were a couple of guys from NC. I would go again and not ever give it a second thought - we had a wonderful time at Disney!
