Sept miles and hours: 105 miles, 24 hours.
I'm still plugging along trying to decide on my goals (I can't seem to commit to marathon training yet- just can't get my head around it.) After a lot of cross-training and not much running, my PF flare up has died down. I'm trying to lose some extra pounds too- I think that will probably be the biggest help with my PF!
I've lost about 3 pounds this week avoiding processed carbs (basically, I'm just avoiding bread, cereal, rice, potatoes, etc). It's getting easier, but I haven't faced a weekend yet! 
Best news of all.... I bought a BIKE!!! I went to a good bike shop and got a really basic Trek. I rode it today for about 20 minutes. SOOOO fun. It's not much of a workout because I'm still too scared to go fast!
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I have a 5k tomorrow- no medal, so there better be a good T-shirt!
