Carrie: Isn't it so hard admitting that you're back to reality? I plunked a Disney glow cube in my glass of Sprite last night.... DH laughed at me, but it did make me feel better.

And

at your 6 am exercise class! I have trouble rolling out of bed at 7:30!
Marcia: Yikes on all that rain! Not cool!
Tracy: Hurray for back to back to back half marathons! I think I need to start doing that so I can pad my race count, with fewer long training runs.

As far as the miles/minutes, I'll admit that I really wouldn't mind if it disappears. I track my runs through MapMyRun and I find it to be a chore to transfer the data over every few days - I do like posting my runs here, but I'm not married to the spreadsheet. And I can see how it's a lot of work for you, chasing up all of us!
Jeff: Man, Aloha Mickey gets around!
Lily: You're becoming my 2011 enabler.... well, if I do decide to do the Goofy, can you promise me warmer weather next year?
Kate: Great job at getting back out there and running! I'm so glad that the marathon went well for you, and that you're not feeling it now!
As for me, I.... haven't laced up the running shoes, yet. I start my training for the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle marathon with Joints in Motion (the Arthritis Foundation) in February, and I told myself that I wasn't going to make myself run between the Goofy and starting training. Now, is there a chance I'm actually going to be able to run (walk) the RnR Seattle marathon (at 34 weeks pregnant)? Um... probably not, but I figure that starting the group training with Joints in Motion is still a fantastic idea. I've been getting lots of walking in, though, and I figure that next week will probably be the week where I feel the need to put on the running shoes. Did 3 miles this afternoon with Jack, though, so at least I'm still moving.
Also, I seem to be having a recruiting boom for marathon weekend 2011. As soon as I said DH and I were going back for 2011, my parents volunteered to come along and do the 5K, and watch the baby while DH and I run. And then my little brother ran his first half marathon (RnR Phoenix) last weekend, and decided that he's definitely in for Disney - he hasn't decided if he's doing the half, the full, or the Goofy yet. But he has a competitive streak and has decided that if I'm doing the Goofy again, he's doing it as well.

And lastly, DH and I decided that it was our mission to recruit one of his coworkers. This coworker is a huge Disney fan and was totally jealous of our trip. He is also 28 years old, and was told by his doctor last year that if he didn't completely change his diet and exercise habits, he would not live to see 40. In the past year, he has lost over 100 lbs and now goes to the gym for 2 hours before work every morning. He is totally an inspiration to me, of what you can accomplish when you have a goal and stick to it! Anyway, DH invited this coworker to WDW for 2011, and he not only immediately said yes, but his enthusiasm prompted his roommate and 2 other coworkers to register for the half marathon as well.

Mission #2: bringing the coworker over to WISH, as he is a prime candidate.

Anyway, it's going to be a crazy Marathon Weekend next year, but it's going to be awesome!
Happy weekend, Warriors!
