Warning tiffins

had tiffins for lunch today. Great food but you get very little to eat. When we got done here we went straight to the quick service restaurant in pandora and ate. I know some fancy restaurants you get very small portions but this was ridiculously small. I had the chicken. Wife had the vegetarian meal. Vegetarian meal looked like you got a little bit more to eat.

Yep very tiny. The only time in my life where I got don't eating in one restaurant and went straight to another one. This wasn't part of the tiny bites. They had a tiny bite platters you could get

I think the polenta (if that's what it is) underneath is the side, along with the greens and whatever is under the drumstick.

That does look small. But it can be typical for "fine dining". My husband left California Grill hungry and asked if the entree was the appetizer. I think his appetizer was bigger (flatbread).

We went to the Yachtsman and had perfect portions. This picture from Tiffins is ridiculous.

I think it might depend on your eating habits, whether you get an appetizer and dessert and if you've eaten at high end establishments before. We ate there for dinner one night and waddled away full and satisfied. It was my adult son and myself, we often eat at restaurants similar to this. We shared an appetizer, each got an entre and ordered a side to share ( I think it was roasted brussel sprouts) both had wine flights and shared a dessert. In most higher end restaurants sides don't come with the entre so we knew to order an additional one to share and we asked our server before we ordered what the portion sizes were.

I have found that most of the signature dining entrees are smaller sized portions. I guess they expect you to order multiple courses (as in the deluxe dining plan for 2 credits, where you get an appetizer, entree, and dessert). This meal you posted looked very small.
I definitely would have grabbed something to eat after!

We have had appetizers from Tiffins, we ordered the fritters and the bread service. Tasted good, but not much food and pricey.

We haven't been for lunch but DH and I ate there for dinner in March. We each had an app, entree and dessert and were beyond full when we left and we can EAT! I agree the entree's at signatures may be a bit smaller but of all the ones we've eaten at we've never left hungry, however we do get either an app or dessert always if not both.

My family ate at Tiffins twice and found the portion sizes more than adequate.

No offense intended to anyone, but those responding about leaving full after having an appetizer, entree, and dessert really aren't really on topic here. We're discussing entree size...not how full you were after multiple courses.

I have not eaten at Tiffin's, so all I have to go on is that one single picture posted. Given that, it's a very small entree.

IMO that's an appropriately sized entree, particularly for higher end dining.
