Ok, I know I've read this somewhere but right now I am doubting myself. We are staying at BCV 
the end of Jan., we check in at the main BC desk, right??? For some reason this information is escaping me right now, I guess I'll blame the holidays and the fact that I had to be at work at 4am today.
