I wore my Disney crocs to Canobie Lake Park yesterday. I wore them with no socks. I only bought them a month ago, so I am new to these kinds of shoes.

Anyway, we went down the log flume, and I wanted to hold my arms up, but my feet were slipping inside the shoe so bad, I was really scared I was going to fall.

Then, I came down the waterslide on a raft, when I got up to walk away, my foot slipped right out of the shoe. I could of broke my neck. (That's what my mom would of said)

If you want to know about Crocs, you may want to know they are dangerous when wet.

We had the same problem with my kids, after they fell the second time I chucked them in the garbage.

I can't stand the Caymens without socks but DS was talking about getting a pair for our water park vacation this summer - Ummmm I think we will be rethinking that, thanks for the heads up.

The Athens flip flops wear down very quickly and become water skies on concrete:scared: for the cost, you would think they would come up with a little sturdier bottom - My DS and I go thru 2 pairs per summer.

I've never had that problem and I usually only wear them when I'm in the pool/ocean. :confused3

I have also had a "Crocs malfunction". In my case I was just walking along at a fairly fast clip and one Croc just slipped off of my foot (I don't use the little strap thing though). It was no big deal, but I was outdoors at the time and it's possible that I could have fallen. They also just seem a little precarious on stairs.
I still like them, but I take a little extra care when I'm wearing them.:)

They are also slippery - even if your foot stays put - when the bottom wears down and it is wet outside. :headache:

I've never had the slippery bottoms problem, but my DD had hers get caught in the escalator last summer- almost took her big toenail off!!

Wow, you're pretty lucky! Everytime my feet got wet yesterday, it was like trying to walk in a bathtub with no slip guards on the bottom.
