Kind of gross - but you also need to pay attention to the color of your urine output. If it is dark yellow and has an odor then you need to drink more. It should be the color of light lemonade. It's kind of funny because my DD will yell to me from the stall - I'm making lemonade Mom so I'm OKAY!
