One more version...
One package of Velveeta
Two cans of Chili with no beans - we like Wolf's brand
One can of diced green chilis
Some variations that make it more restaurant style - Add about 1/4 cup each small diced fresh green peppers and fresh poblano chilis - it gives it texture. If you don't like Velveeta you can use American cheese. My favorite Tex-Mex place in Austin swears that it should be Land O Lakes brand, that the others don't taste as good. I found it in the deli section of my Wal-Mart.

I've been known to serve it as dinner in a pinch!!
I hate to sound naive but has anyone ever used the chili with beans? Does anyone know why they are telling you to use the no bean variety? Thanks and Happy Holidays!
