Wanting two townhomes/villas next to each other

We are a group of 16 that will be going to WDW in March. We are either thinking about renting a villa that sleeps 14, but having 2 of the kids sleep on the floor or renting one 4 bedroom villa and a 3 bedroom villa. How do you go about finding villas that are located near/next to each other? We are specifically looking at the Windsor Hills resort area.

First of all to the DIS.

You need to rent a place that's licensed for the amount of people you have. You can't get one for 14 and put 16 in it. It's against the rules. And Windsor Hills only has at most 6 bedroom homes that are licensed for up to 14. ( 2 in each bedroom and 2 on a sofa bed if they have one).

There are some really nice 7 bedroom villas in Emerald Island---I know of several that sleep 16. We're in the planning stages for another extended family trip and are looking at 6 and 7 br villas.

I've found many villas on vrbo which link to the owners' own websites.
