Hello to all - I have not been to disney world since I was a kid and now I want to take my kids there and get some good deals and go in sept in hopes it will not be real busy at that time. I am looking for all info I can get such as air travel - resorts to stay that is close in range to the theme parks and what rides are good and where they are - especially the thrill rides such as Jurassic park ride and so on. I am all ears......

Call the Disney reservation line (407-WDISNEY) and make your reservation. Give them the discount code currently available for Sept (code AZZ) and see what is available.

You can get a lot of information on the parks, rides and hotels by reading these boards and by looking at several websites: www.wdwinfo.com and www.allearsnet.com among others.

Ah, and before I forget.... Jurassic Park is in Islands of Adventure, not a Disney park, and located next to Universal Studios. There is a discussion board on the Universal Studios park here too.

September is one of the slowest times at WDW, so you will not find long lines or large crowds. We usually go in September. But it is hot, so be prepared

Airfares are really low right now, so you should book your rooms and airfare ASAP. Not sure where you are located, but there are good deals on Southwest and Jetblue, even some good fares on Song. To get the cheaper airfares, you usually have to book online.
