Wanted! Trip Reports!

I love reading trip reports but no new ones have been posted lately. Has anyone been and returned?? My trip is coming up soon and I would love to read some new trip reports to get me hyped up for the trip. Like I need to be hyped up anymore than I already am!

i agree! i have been checking daily for new trip reports but have yet to read any

come on, please share your vacation ... good or bad its still fun & informative to read

a big part of the build up to my trip is reading these boards and i probably check 4 or more times a day for new posts

i promise to post a trip report when i return!

We returned yesterday and I just posted our trip report for Day 1. We were at Universal for 4+ days, so I'll try to write a little more each day.

We had a blast!

Fantasy Trip Report
Day 1
We got up very early – the usual chaos before a holiday with 2 kids and a sex-mad lover! I was so tired after a night of passion, which started in the kitchen and progressed to the bathroom ending up in the…but never mind, enough of all that……….. Checked in at Gatwick airport and proceeded to the departure lounge to wait for our flights………… Finally arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel in style as we chose to arrive by luxury white limo! I was feeling a bit under the weather (sick!!) as I had drank copious amounts of numerous free drinkies on the plane and having a weak stomach and not being a very good traveller on planes, was feeling just a touch “out of it”!! We entered the lobby – Wow!!! Rock music was playing and I stood in the middle of the foyer and pretended to play my guitar to the tune of “rocking all over the World”” much to the amusement of the kids who just stood in bewilderment with gaping mouths…..they were waiting in line……..Me?!!…well I was now playing “born to be wild”!!! This was soooo great………….at last we checked in to our room…..it was soooooo big compared to hotel rooms in England and the first thing I saw was the CD player with complimentary CD. I put it into the player…it was actually rather good and turned up the volume jumping around the room to the beat (still playing guitars!) as I shook off my shoes and jumped on the bed………Having unpacked, and changed we now headed downstairs to the pool………Woweee!! What a fab pool. The kids squealed in delight at the curly slide and we all made our way into the pool. The sun was still hot with a lovely blue sky and my lover kissed me on the cheek….this was soooo wonderful. We all took turns to go down the slide, then I climbed out feeling a lot better and wandered over to the poolside beach bar! The kids carried on playing in the pool and we snuggled up on the sunbeds, cocktails in hand, enjoying the warm sunshine. After a while we wandered back to the room, changed and took the winding path down to the Hard Rock Café for our evening meal…….there was a long line of people waiting, we showed our room key and were seated in a few minutes…..great place to eat, fun atmosphere, kids really enjoyed……..soon it was bed time……..!!

The more posted the better IMO! I love the details. My trip reports are always wordy. Off to read yours!!
