wanted to 'talk Disney'

We had a monitoring visit by our European funding body today (it felt a bit like an Ofsted school Inspection!). In the middle of some serious probing into our environmental sustainability plans, someone talked about air conditioning, and one of the 'inspectors' mentioned that he'd just come back from two and a half weeks in Florida in the Disney parks!

I just wanted to leap in with all the usual "where did you go, what did you do?" type of questions, but didn't feel it would have been appropriate

It was soooooo hard to keep quiet

LOL ~ I wouldn't of been able to contain myself Hilary. I would've wanted to know everything. It might not have been appropriate, but the meeting would've gone fast

If i see someone with a florida key ring/T-Shirt i get all excited and start talking disney. Half the time they have never been, there gifts I'm glad its not just me.

Hilary, that is really funny! we had some bank securitisation people in last year and the American account manager mentioned he had just come back from the Beach Club where he stays every year! I had to mention the benefits of DVC It would have been rude not to!

I have no idea if he went away and bought or not but it was so unexpected to have such a nice conversation in the middle of a very serious meeting
