Wanted to share my Hotwire Savings Club experience...

Ordered Sunday night, Tickets arrived today. One of my adult PHP's were missing. I called and within 5 minutes it was fixed and should arrive by the end of the week. Very courteous, wonderfully friendly and more than sufficiently apologetic. They even offered to overnight them at their expense but since my trip is not immediately said no thanks. They also gave me an additional $10 offer for my next purchase which I thought was very generous of them.

We see so much bad about them I thought I'd post some happy news

Can i ask.. how did they come? in the DHL envie, or in the 'standard white' envie? I placed an order on Sunday also. Just came in the mail today in the 'white envie'. The envie wasn't sealed! my VKL vouchers were all there, but 2 of the gift cards I ordered were NOT in the envie. I know the envelopes are 'self-sealing', but for some reason this one looks like it wasn't even sealed. I will be calling first thing in the morning. Sure hope I am not just out the $50.00 for the gift certificates.

I would explain that when you received it it looked like it had never been sealed. My white envelope was insid the dhl and was sealed so well I have a hard time tearing it open!

That's the way my past 3 orders have come, too. All inside a DHL envie, and the white one shut so tight that you almost can't 'neatly' open the envie. I will be calling them first thing in the morning!
