Going in two weeks and can't wait to try this new bar out! Anyone been there in the past month or so and have comments/photos?!

Link in my siggy to my dining report, we had a margarita each there the first week of January. It was wonderful!

I was there last Saturday - the avocado margarita is wonderful! We were there around lunchtime and it was not super crowded - no problem getting a table for 6. We also had the blue crab tostadas - they were not too big (only 3 small tostadas) but plenty of crab on top. Very good! I had a really hard time choosing a margarita - they all sound fabulous. Someone else had the chicken tostadas - also very good. I didn't try the guacamole but it looked delicious. I love the atmosphere of this place!

We went a little over a month ago. We didn't eat there; we just had one margarita each. I had the blood orange margarita and my boyfriend had the jalapeño lime one. That isn't on the Disney Food Blog menu posted previously in this thread, but I think the menu has changed a little since the place first opened. There also seemed to be less food options when we went.

We each tried both drinks and loved them both. We also each liked the drink that we chose best, which tells me that it's likely that everything they have to offer is good and that if you think something sounds like your cup of tea, it probably is. The blood orange margarita was slightly tart, and while it tasted of orange, the flavor wasn't overwhelming or artificial tasting. The blood orange foam on top of the drink had a stronger flavor than I expected and mixed in to the drink well. I liked that I still tasted quite a bit of the tequila's flavor, unlike the cloying frozen confections they sell outside. The jalapeño lime was slightly sweeter and probably could have benefited from a little more lime as my boyfriend enjoys that citrus acidity. The jalapeño flavor was subtly present without bringing an overabundance of heat. Both glasses were rimmed with Himalayan hibiscus salt, which I liked. It's the only time I can recall in recent memory that I appreciated a floral flavor in a beverage.

At $12.50 each plus tax and tip, the margaritas aren't cheap, but we thought it was a very worthy expenditure and we look forward to returning. Below is a photo of the drinks:
