What's even more strange is the celebrities who live in Orange County are in this as well. A friend of mine use to live next to a celebrity's mother and all that informtion is in there including mortgage amounts and addresses as to where these people live (including the celebrity's house in Isleworth..) .. Now, that is kind of scary.

HHI and Vero deeds won't be recorded here. Just the WDW DVCs.

If a celebrity purchses in their own name, it'll be in the public record. On Friday's, our paper prints a listing of recent real estate transactions in the area towns that have been recorded by the different town clerks. Many celebrity names have appeared. This website gives more detail. Often times a celebrity or wealthy person will have the purchase in a corporate name rather than their personal name.

WOW! There are 3 other women with the same first and last name as me ( different middle initials) that own DVC!
Mine is not a common name either.
I looked up DH's clients who own DVC. They own more points than us!
DH knew that though, he does their tax returns!

That was cool! There were more than 100 entries with my last name. I thought that was pretty unusual!

Yeah, I realized that, but it seems my fellow sharers of the family surname have an affinity for Vistana!

I was the only DVC member among them. They must be the long lost FOOLISH relatives.....no wonder they're lost.....

Thanks Pam! That is pretty cool. I did a search on our last name and there's not a soul there but DH and myself. Our last name is very unusal and we always check phone books when we travel to see if there are any more of us. We have never found anyone else with our last name except the family members we already know about. And we have searched some pretty big cities. It took me a minute to remember that our Vero add-on wouldn't be there. Thanks again!
