Want to rent points BWV 12/17-12/22/06

I would like to rent the points required for a 2 bedroom villa at Boardwalk Villas Sunday December 17th and checking out Friday December 22, 2006. I believe that I need 120 points for standard view or 160 for prefered view. This is my first time renting points. If you can help I would appreciate the help.
