Kind of depends on where you would rather end.

If you want to end up in downtown Los Angeles you should start at the beach.
If you want to end up at the beach you should start in downtown L.A.

The block numbers start at 100 at Grand Ave end at 17000 at Pacific Coast Hwy.

hmmm well I want to go up and past melrose and beverly hills and such so would I be starting at Grand and ending up on PCH?

Im coming from Riverside area so do I take the 101 to get to Grand?
