Yea!! I got some events with SPi. I have 3 events booked for next month. There's still nothing showing for TMT.

Didn't the Diet Coke Plus at Target show up on TMT yesterday? I booked my 1st SPi event yesterday at Walmart and the Diet Coke with TMT. Wouldn't you know it, I finally have the opportunity to book Walmarts and I'm gone the weekend of 3/30 & 4/7 when there are events I could do. I guess there will be others available when I get back. Can't get greedy.

DH walked in last night & saw the Cinnamon Roll kit near the front door & was all excited that we were going to have some to test. I had to break the news to him that I didn't have samples of refrigerated product in such a small box sitting unrefrigerated. He was so disappointed.

Oh, and just now, I ALMOST booked an offdate. I thought it was Amherst MA (a college town).....couldn't find the street on my map.....and realized it was Amherst NH. Good thing I didn't book it. Just a bit too far for me. No other rolls anywhere near me. boohoo

anyway i checked up and they had a few events for the weekened of 4/21-22 but thats when i do my bike ride, i ws so bummed, i wanted more events..hehehe

Offdates occur at Walmart & Kmart. Not at Target. About 1-2 wks before an event is to be run, IF no one has booked it yet for the originally sceduled date, then more dates will be offered for it. (Ex: If scheduled Sat, off dates usually, Sun - Fri). You would be paid $8 less than the original pay if you do the job on an offdate. So 5 hr event at originally $70, would be paid $62.

If you waited like you mentioned, you risk someone booking the job before you. I book ondate for a store. If events are still available at a 2nd or 3rd store, those are the ones I take as off-dates. Also, you don't want to book off-date at the very last minute if its Walmart. You need time to receive kit in the mail. Kmart & Target kits are delivered to stores.

I suppose if you scheduled on-date, but had a problem arise just days ahead, AND saw the event was indeed going to be offered as off-date (at other stores), you could unbook your store & quickly re-book offdate at your same store.

I did have a recent grand-opening event at Walmart that said it HAD to be run on scheduled date. No offdates were going to be offered even though it was Walmart.

Do you pick the start time for an off date or do they assign one? Thank you for responding to my questions.

I booked an event for my son for Sat, It was the Lays chips with sunflower oil, anyway, I decided to write his events down and now his event has changed to Sunday.... Anyone else have this happen..... Darn it, I would have booked it if it was for Sun.... Oh well, He needs an easy one for his first time..... But I didn't know they were going to change it to Sunday,/// Hope it is ok with him.....

I printed the event instructions for the Cinnamon Rolls and there's an addendum. It says the kit was shipped to an incorrect address. Do not contact your agency contact UPS and provide the necessary info to receive your kit. Did anyone else see that ??

I got an event for 4/21. It's at Walmart. Fiber One and Trix Yogurt.

I don't have my kit. I just booked it today. It's definitely an event I can do with leftover items. I don't know if I'm going to spend alot of time trying to find the kit.

I think you'll get a kit even though you just booked. Still plenty of time. I once received a kit just 2 days after booking. They sent it by super fast UPS or Fedex service - lol - what ever they call it. I was very surprised.

Well my first event is tomorrow! I received my mc card and log in info over a week ago, but i still haven't received an apron, hat and table. I don't need them for my event tomorrow since it is at Supertarget. On my paperwork it says I only need to bring my mc card. It is for the Archer farms take and bake pizza. It lists several things I will need from the Demo supply area, am I right in assuming this stuff is all at the Supertarget? It also says a pizza oven should be provided if not to utilize a toaster oven. Will I need to bring my toaster oven just in case?

Super Traget has an area where all that stuff is. You don't need to bring anything other than your hat (if you don't want to share).

TMT never got me a hat, so i just bought one at Wally World. Some ST's have hats but I don't want to wear what others have worn.

I think I am going to book 4 or 5 off-date pillsbury cinnamin rolls. Please tell me I will survive!!

I am going to have to buy a toaster oven for them. Please tell me what kind will bake them good. I don;t want to spend too much, but I want it to work good. Please let me know what some of you have been using.

Does anyone know if the Target Diet Dr. Pepper event from a couple weeks ago had extra pay or anything? I would have assumed that it was supposed to be normal pay for 4 hours or $56. But I just got the check today and it's for $66. Was there some type of $10 bonus for this one or something?

Hmmmmm, CA wasn't one of the states on the "list" getting a $10 raise? I don't have my check yet, and I never got an email about the "raise" even though MA was on the "list". I really hope everyone is getting one.

Anyone else? Anyone able to check ADP if you don't have check yet?
BTW -- it was $10 more in pay per event starting 3/1/07.

If you really need a hat or apron later, Michael Craft Stores sells hat for $4 I think; and black aprons (no pockets) for about $5. Also, ACMoore Craft Store has aprons WITH pockets probably around same price. I'm sure they have hats too. Just make sure if you get a hat elsewhere, there is no logos or writing on it.

I melted the apron that originally set to me when I tried to iron it. Its only some paper type apron. I have purchased 2 replacements/extras from Craft Stores since then....and an extra hat.
