wanna talk about your co workers

Ok, I've started threads before about my singing co worker. I just need to vent a little more. For those of you who don't know, I work in a call center taking insurance claims, it's a very stressful job and I work with a bunch of freaks, and management who just doesn't care to manage.

I have the guy behind me who just belts out songs, like literally puts his caller on mute and sings while he's taking notes. Now the new thing that's going on, is the guy in the row in front of me, he sings too and even more annoying, he has a rubber ball and he whips it at the wall right in front of my cubicle, sometimes, when he misses, his stupid ball hits my cubicle. I'll be taking a claim and all I hear is thud, thud, thud, I feel like I just want to take a pen and put it thru this guys neck. He is very jittery, always pacing or bouncing that ball, like he has ADD. I feel bad saying something, because if he's truly got mental issues, plus I don't think I should have to confront my co workers. I have told the boss about it, but they don't do anything about it. All the bosses sit in a separate area of the office so they don't have to be subjected to the torture. Please, if I'm overreacting, call me out on it, but I just don't see how it's acceptable to sing and whip balls around, we aren't in grade school we are in a professional working environment. Maybe I'm extra edgy b/c I just found out I'm pregnant with #2 today but I thought that would put me in a good mood....instead I feel edgier than ever.
