that is what I keep thinking! In my items box I have the hollow yellow knob, pliers, and the remote. hmmmmmmm I still can't reach the broom either

The screw will be laying on the floor kind of under the plug. Look for a teeny dark spot.

You can use the pliers on the hanger. Then use it to reach the broom.

Tanke out the hanger and use the pliers on it

No, keep the cup highlighted and click on the drip high up on the cabinet. I did it when I got frustrated and started clicking on that drip like a madwoman.

No try clicking the oil that is dripping, but try clicking it as it first starts to fall down by the plant or the top of the closet. It will take a few times though watch it fall down and align your hand perfectly and then double click like crazy.
