Wanna be in a video?? I need more pics urgently

From what I have seen on trip reports, photo competitions and general posts you all have a cool collection of your favourite memories, and I am hoping you would like to share them with me so I can put together a Florida music video featuring Dis members.

What I am looking for is a maximum of 3 of your favourite pictures or a 5-10 second video clip that I can use of you having the sort of magical time that only a Florida holiday can bring. It doesn't have to be restricted to Disney, and can incorporate any part of your holiday that you think fits the bill.

If any of you think this is something you would like to be involved in then let me know and I will send you my email address for you to send me your pictures/clips.

I am also looking for ideas for the soundtrack. Obviously the amount of interest will determine how long the final video will be - so I may need one track, I may need more Time will tell.

Because I am hoping to do this during my time at home (probably while Mrs Pegasus is watching Eastenders and Corrie) I will put a deadline for you to send me your pics/clips as Sunday 18th April. So that gives you just over a week to get them to me.

Once the video is complete it will be going onto youtube so that we can all access, so if this causes you any concerns then please do not send me anything.

So - what do we think? Good idea! Bad idea! And don't forget those music suggestions

I think it sounds like a great idea. I don't really have any exciting video clips, but thousands of photos I suppose this is an incentive to go and organise them in the meantime ....

Will you post the completed video online? I always admire your well put together videos and love watching them. Makes me realise what a novice I am, hence won't be bothering to buy that video recorder I keep saying I will take with me "next time" .... every time.

My kids still talk about your last video with The Black Eyed Peas soundtrack! I think it's a great idea, trouble is, I haven't been to Florida yet - I don't suppose you want to wait until 2012, by which time I should have experienced my first trip?

Will get on to this tomorrow as off out soon. Our photo with Mickey will be him all dressed up in his best, as we had him and Minnie at our wedding

regarding length, i think that youtube has a 10 minute maximum...

ok, i found the photopass from DD and my trip 3 years ago...
there are some cute pictures, including a few in front of the Xmas castle, so one of them might be fun to include..

i wish i could find some digital pictures of all 4 of us...
maybe i'll scan one...

What a fab idea - gonna email you with my photos today (they are from 2006) but i can't put my video online (not hi-tech enough we had to transfer them from tape to disc!!) - i have halloween in front of castle and a mickey photo. Musicwise, something really upbeat, i love the Black Eye peas track but that's been done. Yeah, something disney would be good "dream come true" or maybe the Fantasmic music if you can get it, that always sends shivers down my back when i hear it. i wish i had your patience to be able to put this together - i bet you get more than 10 mins worth
