Wanna be a guidebook writer?

I am looking for someone to assist in updating some popular Orlando area guidebooks.

You need to be a theme park freak with an encyclopedic knowledge and affection for the non-Disney Orlando theme park scene. You should also be an Orlando area resident with solid writing credits and the ability to adapt to a "house style." In addition to updating new editions, you would be expected to contribute to the book's blog and participate in online bulletin boards (nicely, in accordance with site rules).

You would receive co-author credit and industry-standard compensation.

If anyone has read Kelly's books you can see what a great advertisement he does for the Disboards. He is a strong supporter of the discussion boards here not only as a participant of the boards but also his support of the Disboards as an author in his books. I also think this would be a great opportunity for someone who likes doing research.
