He he he i'm back! Well went to the gym- aimed for 7 miles but new orthotics were burning so managed 5 on TM then other 2.5 on cross trainer- all together 7.5miles 75 mins (with 10 extra stretchy mins included). Ok, it's not time to panic yet, it's NOT time to panic yet!
Also did core workout last night for 15mins.
