Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Hi everyone,

I'm posting for both Stacey and myself. We both did 1.55 miles in 45 min on Saturday, and 1 mile in 25 min tonight.
 

ANother 30 min swim adn 30 min row last night. I will still never be confuse with a real swimmer, but I did 0.51 in that 30 min. Of course, dh did about 0.66. Hey, I rowed that extra distance, though. :)
 
Hey all 4 miles today and 45 minutes total with some stretching! I have another workout planned later in the day, so I hope to come back and edit this post.

I aquaboxed last night. 45 min total
This morning...C25K 2 miles and 30 min.

I hope to catch another class tonight aquacise or step to hopefully I'll have more to add...

Hey warriors-
really tough workout today, made it to 3.1miles but it wasn't pleasent. It seems that i struggle most in morning runs so maybe i need to be more awake. Also did some stretching so totalled 37mins
 
Hey all you hardworking warriors out there.

I did 3.68 miles in 53min 31min and about 10min of warmup/down and stretching. I was over at Mount Trashmore and my butt and legs are feelin it.
 
Did alittle bike ride in the neighborhood just now.

4.25 miles in 29min 58sec.:moped:
 
Today I did a 5 mile run in 47:00.

Considering it was at 2 pm in 90º+ heat, I was quite pleased.
 
8 mile run 1:18 on wednesday. Any Warriors doing Tower of Terror run? I am getting so excited. I feel like a kid waiting for christmas morning!!!:hyper:
 
My DH and I went out to our local lake (Folsom Lake) to do an open water swim last night. It was his first open water swim! We swam for 30 minutes total. Not sure of the exact mileage, but I know it had to have been at least 1/2 mile, so we'll count that.

75 min yoga Tuesday adn a half hour of swimming yesterday.
 
nothing to report for the past couple days.:( ..I am super busy getting ready to leave for vacation tomorrow. I may squeeze in something tonight, maybe a couple miles. I expect to have some decent totals when I get back next weekend, and a 5K to report on.

I am fairly certain I will be doing TOT! :cool1:
 
Hi guys! I did make it to the gym on Tuesday so please add:

30 min Step Class
30 min Aqua Pilates

Nothing on Wed and nothing today. Hope to C25K on Friday.

hey hey, just 30mins of Wii and stretch for me today- hopefully will run tomorrow and then on saturday we're on a work night out so there should be plenty of dancing (if only that time counted!!!).

I did 4 miles tonight after work.

Time = 57min33sec, warmup/down and stretching 10min.
