Hi Tracy, Rain JUST stopped here (8 pm)! Hopefully DD and I will be able to walk tomorrow. I put her new stroller together today and she just kept looking at it like, "ok, mom when are we going to stroll??" She loves to go in her stroller!

I did 7 miles again today (last one of 3).
4min warmup walk
1hour 43min 57seconds for the 7 miles.
then 4 min warmdown walk and 8 min stretching in the pool.
Have a good Sunday Warriors!! For me the rest of the day is relaxing and watching Nascar!! and whatever movies are on TNT/TBS/USA/Lifetime etc.
Hey team - week 2 of DL half training done! Totals for the week: 18.1 miles, 4:02 total time. LR today was hard. Hope it gets better. That's what I get for taking 6 weeks off.
Greetings Team: OK, it's been way too long since I updated people here. I had a good week of training last week - running 26.92 miles and biking 10.13 miles. I'm finally getting back on track.
DD LOVES her stroller! She loves to go fast! I am determined that she will not be of rides like I was up until the age of 22! What's nice about the one that I got is you can lock the front wheel for when you are doing serious jogging or you can unlock it so it swivels for everyday, normal use.
Hey all! How is everyone doing? Last week was a tough one for me. I've got an appt tomorrow w/ a gastrointerologist. I hope to they will do blood work and all and confirm whether or not I have Celiac. I've been so exhausted lately.
LAST WEEK: I did get in 1.5 hr of Physical Therapy. I assume this counts...not sure. and then an additional 1/2 hr of floor excercises/stretching in.
THIS WEEK: So far, 1/2 hr of floor strenght training exercises and stretching.
I am also hoping to aquabox tonight and get back on schedule.
I met up with the running group last night. Not to offend anyone that might love trail running, but...I HATED it! That was my first trail run and I though I was going to die! Unsure footing and hills galore totally threw me off. I'm sure it was "good for me" and all, but I did not like it one bit! So I think I managed to squeak out 3 miles in 40 minutes.
But because of being so unsure of my footing, I must have been running with my shoulders glued to my ears! The right side of my neck, down into my shoulder is so tight...like someone has their fist in there! I had to load up on Advil to sleep last night and it's still killing me today!
Saturday = 3 miles plus stretching = 40 minutes
Sunday = rest
Monday = 4.7 miles, and total exercise with weight training plus a tennis match = 4:10 (yes that is 4 HOURS of activity today! )
