Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Happy Friday Warriors!!

A beautiful sunny, windy day in St Augustine.

Did I mention it is frea-k-in hot today?? About 85 outside right now.

Today, using the "run 4 minutes/walk 1" strategy I managed a total of 12 miles in 2:07.

My Saturday - Friday total for the week is 84 miles in 8:07
 
Another sneaker here tooo... I've done NOTHING this week! So sorry! I do have a 5K planned for tomorrow, but I know that does nothing for this week! SORRY!!!

I have put together my workout planning going forward from the Minnie and through summer till 1/2 training time. Next week should be much better!!! :thumbsup2

1 hour push mowing

Off for the wekkend. My niece is graduating from high school so no workout for me this weekend. Everyone have a nice and safe weekend.

That's hot?!? Sounds wonderful to me...but then again it's 102 here today! :eek:

And in that heat I somehow got in 3 miles last night...about 40 minutes.

I'm hoping to get to the pool for some laps later since it sounds so inviting in this heat anyway. I have a 5k in the morning so hopefully it doesn't heat up too quickly in the morning!
 

Michelle: Good luck at the 5K. Don't tel me it 102 already in CA, I hope its not like that for the DL 1/2, ugh.
 
Stacey - :grouphug: to you and your family. I'm so glad everyone (and the pets) are safe, but what an awful thing to go through. :hug:
 
I'm sneaking in hanging my head......I blew off my exercise yesterday. But, I'm back!!!!! Today I did 2 miles in 30 minutes.

My weekly totals are: 11.15 miles and 172:34 minutes.
 
i'm so sorry, but very poor exercise time for me. Finished work an hour late because we were so busy then just didn't feel like a run. Did 30mins of WiiFit tho!

It's the beginning of a new week now- promise i'll get out there :)
 
Hi everyone, I know Stacey posted for me yesterday, but she didn't know that I was going to run yesterday so add 2 miles, 30 minutes and also 90 minutes mowing the lawn too.

Hello, back in the saddle- I did 3miles today in 43min58sec. DId about 5 min stretching.

Hey folks!!! I'm back in the saddle too! 3.1 miles today in 42:58 (It was a local 5K event so double that to 6.2!)

Tracy sorry about the smoke warnings, have you had any rain yet? They were forecasting it for this weekend when we left. Well done for the 3 miles and stretching

Stacie- great job doing another event and in good time too. I don't think it's double time but hey it's well worth asking in case something changed.

I've had a weird exercise day today- after weighing myself on WiiFit (my most accurate scales at the mo) and discovering i'd put on 4 disney lbs i did 15mins on the Wii then 10 mins stretching out by IT band. Started making my zebra for our village jungle hunt and then got restless so went for a 3.2 mile run= 27mins. Total 3.2miles and 52minutes
 
Kate: No rain and we won't get it now, it will stall at about Lake Ocheechobee. Not sure when the next rain will come for us.

Glad to see that everyone is getting out there and moving!

I can post 4.5 miles in 49 minutes.

Tomorrow is my long run day. I will have to do it on the TM as I am still nursing sore IT bands...and the softer surface really helps.

I've missed a couple days here...

Did 1/2 mile swim in 30 minutes on Friday night.

Did the 5k yesterday in 44 minutes. It was brutal! Way too hot for me! Glad that's over with!
 
Oops, I almost forgot to report in! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready to face the week ahead.

Today I did 4 miles in 63:24 minutes.

Sunday was a 3.3 mile tempo run, plus some ab work = 45 minutes

Today...LOTS to report

BIKE = 17.5 miles in 60 minutes
Core Boxing = 15 minutes
Ab routine = 10 minutes
Tennis match = 90 minutes

Total miles = 17.5
Total minutes = 175 (2:55)
