Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Roxy - Glad your surgery went well! Hope you are back to normal soon :)

Smileyk8 - Thanks for the encouraging words! Hey what is your first name?

Jen - Nice! I love when I am able to do that. DH always says I am so good at twisting things to my advantage I should of been a lawyer. And you are one - so there you go! LOL

Jim and Jeff - I am so jealous of your high miles!! My DH is only here on the weekends so I can only do my LR then. I am itching to get out there and put some miles in. Maybe next weekend.

Well I feel somewhat better today and I did 2 miles on the TM in 28 min. I am hoping to get back on the TM tonight and get another 2 in. Have a great weekend Warriors!!

Becky

Hey all! SOrry to drop of teh face of teh earth. Caught a nasty little flu last week and was pretty much out of commission. Much better since Friday afternoon, but a little short on energy. My 10-miler turned into 2.5 run and 2.5 walk home. Not pretty, but I wasn't going to push too hard. Hopefully the energy will come back soon.

Off to do teh totals!

Carrie, I'm glad you knew when to stop. I'm amazed that you went out at all.

I spent my first hour on TM yesterday (I will report that in totals for next week.) The thing is that I did an hour at almost 15 min pace! I think I might be good for Minnie at this rate.

It's good to know how far you can push yourself and you did 5 out of 10, that's pretty good. Take it slow and you can sorta make it up another day!!

Smiley Kate: Yeah for your PB!! I am happy. I think sometimes something deep down inside of you just comes up and surprises you with speed. Kinda like a magical fairy or pixie dust, or a hidden warrior. :lmao:

Roxy: Hope recovery is going well and you are keeping up your strength!! Take it easy and you'll be back Warrioring soon enough.
