Hey Team! Miles and minutes are adding up--
11/10 = 60 minutes of strength
11/11 = 4 mile run, plus stretching, etc. 50 minutes total
11/12 = 17 miles on the bike, plus strength and core = 1:40
11/13 = 60 minutes of strength
Tomorrow is the long run. Should have been today, but my schedule didn't allow for a 2-hour block of time, so I had to postpone it till tomorrow. Still trying to get back to my regular schedule since getting back from vacation.
I ran the Boardwalk area and it was so wonderful. I wore my WISH shirt, hoping to see a fellow WISHer, but it was not to be on this trip. But I was thrilled with the number of runners out there on the Boardwalk in the early hours.
