Hey guys,

Well i skipped running club to stay on the treadmill tonight- 6.2miles 54mins and 10 stretchy ones. Have booked to see physio on thurs to finally get to grips with what's going on with my leg!!!!

Way to go Warriors! Good job everyone.

I had a very busy day here. Had to take my car in for service so did that then walked to the gym for w/o, then walked home. Went grocery shopping--I think that counts for a major work out! Then took Kirby dog for a walk and picked up my car. Sitting down for the first time all day just now.

11/10- 30 minutes pilates/crunches
11/11-4 miles, 51 minutes, includes warm up/cool down.

I did 4 miles of 59min 22sec. Cooldown of 5 min.

AMy: Had to close the windows today and put the A/C back on. Suppose to get nice and cool again this weekend!!

I did 60 min last night, 5.29 miles. Nothign stellar, but it;'s in the books.
 
I think I am 3 weeks behind in reporting. My numbers have been getting better:

1 - 28 miles - 4:30
2 - 24 miles - 4:00
3 - 31 miles - 5:15
 
Hi Team...

I did 3.5 miles today. DIdn't push it for 4. I went for my massage and my therapist said my back and hips were all messed up. Must have been from my race on Sunday. Time was 53min 4 sec. WIth 10min cooldown and stretching.

Happy Thursday Warriors!!

Fall has run away & hidden down here in warm sunny Florida. Temperature in the low - mid 80's with humidity to match.

Yesterday - 3.85 miles in 34:30
Today - 8.88 miles in 90:00
 
Long distance stroller wog (with emphasis on the W) for me today, 8.3 miles, 2 hours flat. had to get it in today since DD and are flying to Vermont on saturday and there is no way I was going to do my 8 mile LR on the dreadmill at my parents.

Tracy, Jim, WTH happened to fall down here?? I caved and turned the AC on again yesterday. It was hot and humid out there today. yuck. I lost 3 pounds.

I did wear my new WISH tank though. I love it!!

Hi Warriors. I cannot believe it is almost mid november and I had to mow my lawn today.:sad2: I wish fall would get here. Anyway I have some miles to report.:thumbsup2

Hey Team! Miles and minutes are adding up--

11/10 = 60 minutes of strength
11/11 = 4 mile run, plus stretching, etc. 50 minutes total
11/12 = 17 miles on the bike, plus strength and core = 1:40
11/13 = 60 minutes of strength

Tomorrow is the long run. Should have been today, but my schedule didn't allow for a 2-hour block of time, so I had to postpone it till tomorrow. Still trying to get back to my regular schedule since getting back from vacation.

I ran the Boardwalk area and it was so wonderful. I wore my WISH shirt, hoping to see a fellow WISHer, but it was not to be on this trip. But I was thrilled with the number of runners out there on the Boardwalk in the early hours.
 
It's me again! Today I did 3.08 miles in 46 minutes.

I am so glad tomorow is Friday!!!!
 
I cannot believe that tomorrow is the 14th and already time for my weekly figures report. I have no idea where the week went. It sure went faster than I move.

Hello Warriors....

I did 4 miles today with time of 58min 40sec. 5 min warmup, 10 min cool down and stretching.

I signed up for one more race on December 6th - Jingle Bell Jog in Sunrise, FL.


I CHALLENGE all WARRIORS to do at least one more race before the end of the year!!! COME ON everyone lets get out there and represent!! Double time and distance for races.

We can get up there with the other teams if we all do one more race!! Could be a local 5K, 10K or whatever!!.

ALso don't forget (and we can get with Carrie on this) but you can post time for things like washing and waxing you car, doing yardwork, housecleaning, Putting up chirstmas decorations!!

COME ON WARRIORS lets rack up some miles and time in these last few months of the year!!(Plus it will help when the Thanksgiving meal and holiday treats temp us with those extra calories!)
