"Walt: The Man Behind the Myth"

Did anyone else watch this biography on CNBC last night? I dvr'd it & just finished watching it. I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about all things Disney but there were several things included I didn't know. I also really enjoyed the home videos & seeing Walt's relatives & so many of the well-known original animators & Imagineers. It's airing again Sun Feb 13, if anyone is interested.

I DVRed it too since a new Grey's Anatomy was on, but I did turn it on at commercials and it was really good. I too enjoyed seeing the home videos - since they are things you never really see.

I recoreded it also but haven't watched it yet. Glad my DH saw it on the programming guide last night.

They sell it on DVD at WDW!! I own a copy, and of course could not resist bringing it to school with me! My parents and I have watched it several times- never gets old.

My mom actually called me yesterday just to tell me it was on TV, even though she knew I had the DVD here! I think it's cool that this is being shown on television... Walt = awesome.

Nice to know the sell the DVD at WDW. I will have to pick one up. DH did look at me kinda weird as I was pretty choked up a few times.

We watched it. I thought it was very informative and well done. My wife got excited when they showed the Carolwood Train, we saw parts of it on our last trip when we stayed at WL.

I liked the part where Dick Van **** (synonym for levee. . .stupid censor)had to go from narrator to interviewee when they discussed Mary Poppins.
