I just watched Walt: The Man Behind the Myth.....I have never cried so much for any movie since the last time I watched Bambi......

.
I had a number of mixed emotions when watching the film. The new monologue by Michael Eisner was a very nice gester with the recent attack on our nation on September 11th, 2001. The commercial by the Walt Disney Company was very patriotic by a company that has been criticized by many a people.
The film itself was nicely done. There were mixed emotions at the beginning especially the scene which showed the animators strike right after completion of Bambi in 1940/1941. How could they do that to the man who made them famous? The union leader himself was just a jack****. Sorry but my emotions are welled up. I was filled with just complete saddness when they showed Walt talking about
Disneyland, at the Disneyland dedication, and his complete conscentration on Walt Disney World and EPCOT.
The end of Walt's life in the show brought me to complete tears. If it wasn't bad enough Disney had to show a emotional tribute to the rescuers and victims of the WTC attack...... only Disney could bring me to tears like that.

I was a bit disappointed with no footage of the 100 Years of Magic Celebration but I guess with the tragic attack, it was all well in good.
Walt.....if you can hear us.....
THANKS!!
