@disneyfan150 I completely agree with mickey916 This has been a problem for a lot Disney guests for months (well years) but the problems really seemed to get worse since July 21 and its showing absolutely no signs that Disney is resolving the problems. I have read so many posts about this problem on this forum that I've lost count. It's not just an Swan/Dolphin issue at all.
Trying to call could cost you 2-3 hours on hold. Some people try logging out, clearing history & cache, try a different browser or Private/Incognito Mode. The issue seems to happen not only on the web but the App too. I wish I had better advice, but those above are all in the mix if things to try while you say some less then magical words about Disney IT.
