Yes. But I don’t know the price. It is for Picabi, but I’ve read that you can use it at Fuel but don’t know if that is official.

I have used the mug at the Dolphin. I was talking about a place to use it at the Swan

What time has the first boat been picking up to go to Hollywood Studios? Am I better off Ubering to get there at 6:30?

We decided to walk. When we passed the dock around 6:20 there was a boat arriving, but I think the official start time is 6:30 (or 30 minutes before park opens). We made it to the park before the boat. I’m not sure what time the boat left the S/D. Be careful with Uber b/c they can’t always drop you right at the park entrance so you could still have some walking to do.

For a 7:00 a.m. park opening, the FriendShip boats start operating at about 6:00 a.m., with the first stop at the Boardwalk, followed by the YC/BC, then Swan/Dolphin, then on to its final destination of HS. The boats run about every 15 minutes.

Has anyone used the suite benefits lately? Are they still doing the 90 day fast pass program and what category of room qualifies? Thinking of upgrading our room for our 4th of July trip.

I booked an alcove room and the CM I spoke to at the hotel said it did qualify. Guess I'll find out in a couple of weeks when it is time for me to make my fastpasses!

Sorry if this has been discussed. Asking for a friend Bc i have only ever booked my trips through Marriott.

she booked through hotels.com just yesterday (Saturday). She has a 13 digit confirmation number. She Put all 5 guests on the hotels.com booking reservation. So far (24 hours) she cannot link. Should she continue to wait or jump the gun and call someone at Dolphin?
Anyone have experience with hotels.com? Her FP date is tomorrow (a non planner, ha).

I may have had a similar experience (or it could be something entirely different). I booked through Priceline and listed all of the guests on my room. When the reservation was sent to Disney, it listed all four of our names as one, up to the max number of characters. So instead of "Jane Doe, John Doe, Girl Doe, Boy Doe", it was "Janedoejohndoegi" which caused my last name to not match the reservation number. I called the number that popped up with the unable to link message and they were able to sort it out quickly

Alcove still qualifies according to DSS. Have mine booked but not until December 202

well, it wound up not being a big issue! I told her to call dolphin guest relations. They told her to call hotels.com who knew exactly what she was talking about in terms of MDE. They gave her a different confirmation number and it linked perfectly!!!

For those looking for a room rate at the Swan or Dolphin that is lower than those directly from Marriott, including Marriott's promo rates, Sam's Club has "member exclusive," non-refundable rates. A random date showed a rate about 23% lower than rack rate for a Traditional room; it's also lower than Marriott's prepaid rates. The rates are not less than PE, but this allows you to know, in advance, what you are reserving.

Best rate guarantee and exclusive offers
When you book your hotel with Sam's Club, you have access to over 250,000 hotels worldwide, always with our Best Rate Guarantee, plus thousands of Exclusive Offers!

I was afraid to click thru to book, so I don't know what may come up in "taxes and fees," which are combined. It does make note of the additional resort fee, but just states that there also will be a "processing" fee, charged by the site.

Ohh can you tell me what this is? Might need to upgrade for Dec if I can get fastpasses 90 days in advance

Hi there! I feel like I’ve seen this before but can’t find it. Is there extremely dynamic pricing (as in their algorithm seems off). We have stayed for several years at Swan and Dolphin, either over Christmas or immediately following. We book the same room type etc. I called today to secure this year at Christmas, and the rate was more than double what we paid this year at Christmas. It was so far off I asked for a manager to ensure we were talking about the same room type. She actually told me over and over that Christmas week was expensive (despite the fact that I continued to explain I was comparing my prices to the same week of the year, apples to apples, not reacting to the price of Christmas week, my reaction was to the 200% price tag year over year.

I had to drop the call for a meeting and will just try again in a few weeks, but it really seemed like an error. Any experience with pricing that doesn’t align at all?

I expect an increase each year but this wasn’t any normal increase curve.
Thanks for any insight.
