Walt Disney World Moms Panel Search Begins on September 13, 2010

I'll try again. I've tried every year and have never gotten past the initial Q&A stage. Right now I'm just digging the condolence swag that they've sent out.

I am definitely going to apply. This will be my first year. I am excited.

REMINDER: You can start submitting your application on September 13th. This upcoming Monday!!!!! :cool1:

For those going on the Podcast Cruise 2.0, you must be available to travel to WDW from December 10-13, 2010 for the Moms Panel training and photo ops. This is a MUST for all candidates. The Podcast Cruise 2.0 embarks on December 12th and disembarks on December 16th. Since we are going on the cruise, I have to wait another year to apply. :sad1:

There's always next year ... :rolleyes1

Good luck to those applying. Keep us posted on who gets through to the next round. :wizard:

Thank you for the info on this. I am definitely going to be sending in my application. Hope they want Moms of teens! ;)

I wish that they'd open up the application stage on a Saturday or Sunday because I'm thinking that unless I can submit my application from work that they will reach 20k before I can get off work and get home with the kids.

Last year I was so worried about Disney reaching 20,000 before I could get mine in, I think I rushed my answer in a panic. Truth be told it, I'm not sure that they really did reach the 20,000. I think they were taking applications all week.

Don't rush, I'm sure you will have time!

if you are chosen they actually put you up with a hotel and do you meet in a park or how does it work?

I mean I am "available" those dates, but we are planning another Aug trip in 2011 (we just got back) and I wouldn't be able to spend extra cash for a room stay and tickets if that is what it entails.

Sounds like fun though :yay:

Trying again this year. I'm looking back I what I worte last year and think i sounded a bit fruity! :rotfl2: No wonder I didn't make it past the first round!

I am going to apply for the very first time this year, too!! This is totally right up my alley. Do you think they need a DVC member on their panel?? I have read other bios of the current panel and don't really see any DVCers. Just wondering. Also wondering if Disney pays for the entire trip/training. My family also has a trip planned in January as well as July, so money will be tight.

Good luck to everyone....especially the dads!!! That is awesome. :cheer2:

I'll be applying again this too. I hope the third time is the charm:cloud9:

The MMC application site is up and running. :thumbsup2 Luckily nobody came into my office and I was able to give a little thought to the questions.

Good luck everyone!

Fingers crossed that they give out goodies to the people that don't move on again. :goodvibes

Can someone please post a link to the application? I can't seem to get to it...

Thanks~!
