Does anybody know any info on the art classics convention cruise in May?

that I picked up at the annual Disneyana Mystery Event a couple weeks ago...

Highlights:
* exclusive WDAC "bon voyage" party
* a fun WDAC concept drawing class
* exclusive finale night dinner with Disney Legend Richard Sherman
* special appearances by Disney notables such as Imagineer Alice Davis and WDAC sculptor Kent Melton
* event logo merchandise
* celebration of WDAC's 10th anniversary
* Theme of cruise is "Adventure on the High Seas", with lots of Peter Pan stuff. Check out Dizpins.com and Dizneypins.com websites for photos of one preliminary sculpture and several pins.

Cruise details:
* only 450 WDAC spaces available on the Disney Wonder
* Cruise dates are May 15-18, 2003. You are on your own for accomodations/theme park tickets before and after cruise. (You may need park admission for some of the pre-cruise events.)
* Cruise cabins available for this package are categories 9, 10, and 11 only. Prices range from $994.25 to $1079.25 per person (double occupancy), with lower prices for children and 3rd or 4th persons in the same cabin. Prices include all port fees, taxes, and gratuities, and roundtrip bus transportation from one select WDW resort to Port Canaveral and back.
* Registered attendees will receive an RSP/merchandise pre-order form before the cruise.

I have the $$$ info at home. The cheapest rate is about $900+ per person in a double (that's each, folks) for a three night cruise. That does include transportation to and from the port, but not airfaire. No CM discounts and no DVC points. I was told in no uncertain terms by Event Services that they are not having a problem selling this trip. You need to contact Event Services at (407) 827-7600, and not the cruise line.

While is sounds like a great time, I am not will to spend that kind of money on a three night cruise. It does sound fun though!
