Walmart

Well, I have never been that big of a fan of my local walmart, it has very little food selection and is a location that is harder to get to, I prefered the local KMart myself, but that closed a couple of months ago and since I have found the rare occasion to go to Walmart, mostly go to Target or Giant Eagle, I was in Walmart about a week ago and while I was there I bought a Mickey watch, the one that I had before that disapeared at camp a couple of days before that. I misplaced the receipt and this afternoon, a mere week after I bought it I looked down at the watch and one of the hands was broken. The woman at the customer service desk basically told me too bad, I didn't have the receipt, but I went back to the jewelry section and the woman there took the watch and gave me the same watch back- one that is working (at least for the moment) I was so happy, I thought that I was just going to have to by a new one, and be out the money.

I'm glad that they were able to replace your watch....nothing should break after only a week! Stores are getting much stricter about receipts for returns so I have been trying to be more diligent about keeping mine but I still lose a few too.

I bet the girl in CS was new. Walmart is usually pretty good about replacing anything. With or without a receipt.
