thanks for this thread! i just started reading the recent stuff last night and today. I just called my husband and had him check for the didj (he works at walmart) and he said there was one white one on the shelf for 29.97! Unfortunately he didn't have the coupon with him, but he has to be back there at 5 am so we're hoping it's still there!

This is going to make an awesome gift! Now to start stalking for cheap games.

Any other walmart deals I need to check on? we don't have a target here

They are in the toys section. My walmart has a LeapFrog or Leapster section kind of near the youngest kids toys. The games for the Didj were hanging on the back of an isle wall and the games were advertised just under them.

Wish me luck. We are driving about 80 miles to meet DSisIL for lunch. We are going to hit WalMart together. We are hoping to find:
Diji game use $20 Q
johnson buddies .97 use $1 Q
suave lotions . 97 use $2/3 Q ( do not have $1/)
rolaids $1.34 use $4/2 Q

Should be fun if it all works out.

I would gladly work on the Target one (start every Sunday or would you like an ongoing one??) if no one else would like to. I just don't shop at Walmart enough to stay on top of the deals - sorry. I'll keep checking on this thread until tonight for suggestions and start one in the morning with tomorrow's sales and deals if that's ok with everyone.

I started posting NEW offers on the other two threads. I wont mix whats here with what is over there. Especially because most of the offers here wont be lasting much longer at all, and can be easily traced back to this thread since Whitty posted the link in the first post. Hope that is okay!

Did anyone's walmart give them problems because the coupon didn't ring up a dollar amount? I went to one store and they were fine with it , then went to a second store and they wouldn't take it.

Also, does one know if the DIDJ takes the leapster games?

According to the Leap frog website you cannot use the Leapster games in the didj

Not sure if this has been posted but at Target there is a great deal if you buy Bolt and Lilo and Stitch Big Wave (expires tonight). If you buy Bolt and Lilo and Stitch Big Wave you save $10 ($15.99 each) and there is a $5 coupon off of Bolt online. BUT also at other stores there are peelies on the movies that if you buy Bolt and Lilo and Stitch Big Wave you save another $6 and there is a mail in rebate for $4 if you buy Bolt and Rozoni pasta (or creamette and other brands I found posted on HCW in the give me my money back section) so in total after the coupons, instant $10 off, and mail in rebate both movies are $6.98 plus tax total!

Today I got Bolt, Lilo and Stitch big wave, 10 bags of $1.29 Cheetos, large bag of baked Lays, large bag of reduced fat Ruffles, 6 6pks of Motts applesauce, 2 12pks of diet Mt Dew, 1 12pk diet Coke, family size El Monterey frozen meal, Pepperidge Farm cheese garlic bread and my total after tax was $40.22. I was really happy because the movies without coupons would have cost almost that much! And I still get a $4 rebate and I have other rebate forms for the chips so I'll get $10 more back in rebates!

It's totally fine! I think keeping them going is the easiest - especially since some things are not just weekly - can't wait to go check them out!!!

I went and did the Diji deal this afternoon. It took almost 10 minutes and 5 people at Walmart to say it was ok to use the coupon. She was fine with ringing it up until it asked for the amount of the coupon. When she saw the $20 - she printed out a mini receipt and saw the things were only $29.97...that's when she had to go ask practically every other Walmart associate working if she could take them. I felt terrible for the people behind me and apologized over and over! Thankfully they were all understanding and were more frustrated with the Walmart people than me (at least that's what they said!). In the end it worked and I ended up getting two of them - one for DNephew's easter basket and another for the gift closet.

Wow that's pretty good! I would love to buy the new Lilo & Stitch (I'm interested in Bolt, too). We simply don't have the money right now. I love seeing everyone's deals though

You won't get the additional $10 off next week but still $16.98 for 2 Disney movies isn't bad. Hope you are able to get them.
