There is supposed to be a week until they cancel the order when not picked up.
I ordered something for xmas and went to pick it up, but was waiting for about 30 minutes and no one came to the site to store area even though they continuosly paged someone. The order was supposed to be cancelled on Dec 26 but I haven't recieved an email or notice that it was. I emailed customer service and they stated it could take 7 business days after being cancelled to get a refund. I figure I will give it a few extra days and then call or go to the store again, but I am hoping it will refund soon. It is so annoying that it is taking so long.
