Walmart Layaway is returning again..

Starting 9/12, Walmart is starting holiday layaway. We will be using it this year for most of my DD Christmas gifts. I know some people like to get an early start on the layaway

Do you know what sort of things they won't let you put on. I know last year there were some exclusions. I LOVE not having to hide them at my home !

no food. Items over $15 - not sure what else. Dh works at Wal-Mart and was talking about how people are anxious for lay away to start up again.

I like the old old layaway plans. Where almost everything could be put in for xmas. no price limits and you could even put in xmas candy.

Yeah I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Will they still let you price match at a later date if your item goes on sale at another store?

No, Walmart brick & mortar stores don't even price match Walmart.com. There's a lot more overhead in a store then a website.

Toys R Us does match Amazon.com!!! I have done it numerous times, especially with Legos.

Why not just order them from Amazon?

Because I like that I know I have the item before the Christmas Rush and I don't have to hide the gifts in my house or my mothers or my mother in laws. Plus paying it little by little is a bonus!
