Walmart close to Disney

Can someone tell me where the closest Walmart is to Disney??

I hated that Wal-mart as well. Very few checkout lanes were open and all of the self-checkout lanes were closed. Workers were not very friendly. The parking lot had carts everywhere. I did go kinda late at night, but it was the worse WM I have ever been too.

I love that Walmart. The Disney section is so great and there is a big selection. We always head there just before heading to WDW and pick up bagels and stuff.

We went to a Walmart last time we were there, not sure exactly where it was but we made a right at the light out of the downtown disney area.......I could not believe the great selection of disney souvenirs. You could save yourself a ton of money buying them there.

The souvenirs are great here.. I recommend this walmart and not expensive at all.

Did someone say Wal-Mart? I love Wal-mart Actually it's got to a point on our last trip to Disney the kids were yelling...."No mommy we don't want to stop at another Wal-Mart. You have one at home you can go to (Canada)". They make it sound like I always shop there.

My cousin lives nearby and calls that the disneywalmart. She takes family and friends there to buy souvenirs when they visit. My mom got really nice disney t-shirts and cups there for the kids. cheap too.

That Wal-Mart is great for picking up gifts for everyone at the office. Much cheaper than getting it in the park

One of my favorite souviners last year was a half a mug. It said "I went to Florida and could only afford you half a mug" Very funny!

we went to this Walmart on the 2nd last evening, went after the kids were in bed as it was open 24hr. I recommedn going early before you buy the souvenirs in WDW. I would have saved a tone. I think the shirts and some stuff better in WDW, but if you are buying for others, Walmart is the way to go! We took a cab from ASM for $17. alternatively, they suggested bus to DTD(free) then trying a cab from there, but because it was after 10pm, i did not want to spend alot of traveling time.

We always went to the Walmart in Kisseimee when I worked at Epcot.

I love Walmart! We'll probably go several times during our stay. I like getting sodas and snacks to keep in the room and brining to the parks and stuff.....there's just sooo much money to save!

Are you all talking about the same one? I thought Kissimee was south of WDW? How far is this walmart?
Well I am thinking we may need to make a stop too. We will be coming from Sanford airport, North of WDW? Is there a convenient one on the way?

I was amazed at the Disney section in this WalMart! We HAD to buy a bag to bring all the stuff we bought at Disney home. The have a huge luggage section too, right behind the Disney stuff

Can anyone from the area or someone very familiar tell me exactly how to get to this walmart from Disney World? We went last year, but other then the first turn we don't remember how we got there.

Take the ramp toward I-4/AIRPORT/SR-536. 0.31 miles

Merge onto EPCOT CENTER DR. 0.92 miles

EPCOT CENTER DR becomes FL-536 E. 1.56 miles

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S APOPKA VINELAND RD/FL-535 S/KISSIMMEE-VINELAND RD. Continue to follow FL-535 S. 1.06 miles

I went to this Wal-Mart a couple of times this last trip and used my Navigation System to get me there. Follow the Disney Signs to get to FL-536, then once you get onto FL-536, take the right turn onto 535 and Super Wal-Mart is on the right.
