Walmart Card?

Hi. Has anyone got a Walmart Card? Like a Visa. We were thinking of getting one, then on the application it said Walmart Canada. So I didn't know if we could use it in the states.

DW (well informed on matters of the WM) says she's quite certain the WM Canada Card will work in the U.S. stores as well.

whats the interest rate and payment terms, be carefull...

Not sure here... but it's likely the same as other department store or afinity cards... with a fairly hefty interest rate.

Check with your bank most of them have a US credit card and you won't be charged the 2.5 % for using it in the US. I just get one from TD Canadatrust and I have heard that BMO has one with no annual fee.

If you travel to the US alot you can always get a Target visa but the down fall is you have to either mail your payment in which takes weeks for them to get or go to a target store to make a payment.
