You mean 5, maybe 10 minutes after Eva arrives...unless you somehow saw a different version of the movie.
"very sensitive" would be a huge understatement if those few short scenes had such a profound effect that you felt the need to leave.
When you're not sitting next to a child who's blinking back tears, it might only seem like 5 - 10 minutes, you can believe me that the laser blasts continued for longer than that, although perhaps they were not as constant as the time continued.
I'm proud that my son had no concept of what a gun was until a few months ago and that he's still not fully aware of the consequences of their use, so go ahead and make snide comments to me. My child will continue to enjoy "Cars," "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Handy Manny," and the like and will not be at a disadvantage for not seeing the end of Wall-E for a few more years.

If, however, she had seen it at 5 it might have been too much for her sensitive soul. You SHOULD feel proud of your son's ability to empathize. While it is not the fault of the movie, (which, again, I loved!!) no one should be criticized for being uncomfortable with violence directed at a sympathetic character. I felt vert upset for Wall-E too!
